* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Seger
Mary Ann Seger, 85, Minster, died at 3:30 a.m. Feb. 8, 2012, at her residence.
She was born May 16, 1926, in Shelby County, to John and Mary C. Meyer Dircksen. On June 4, 1947, she married Jerome B. Seger, who died June 17, 1991.
Surviving are eight children, Teresa (Jim) Hamaker, Sidney, Doris Bilter, Oswega, Ill, Connie (Bill) Grillot, Versailles, Bonnie (Steve) Brunson, McCartyville, Ted (Lois) Seger, Minster, Phyllis (Steve) Collins, Minster, Laurie Seger, Minster, and Tina (Ted) Riethman, Minster; three in-laws, Bertha Seger, Yorkshire, Richard Middendorf, Fort Loramie, and Anna Marie Dircksen, Egypt; 31 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Vernon Seger; a son-in-law, Bruce Bilter; and four brothers, Henry, Albert, Herman and John Dircksen.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. She worked at Heritage Manor Nursing Center until 1978 and volunteered there until 2011. She was named Volunteer of the Year in 2010.
She was a Gold Star Mother and a member of Minster Eagles Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
