* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Genevieve Heppeard
Genevieve "Peg" Thees Heppeard, 91, Celina, died Jan. 31, 2012 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 4, 1910, in Toledo, to Roy and Ruth E. "Petie" Tester Saunders. On April 7, 1942, she married Frederick B. Thees Sr., who died Oct. 20, 1967. On Oct. 11, 1998, she married Chester S. Heppeard, who died March 2, 2000.
Surviving are a daughter, Karen L. Andrews, Celina, two stepdaughters, Susan and Marjorie; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Frederick B. "Heav" Thees Jr.; a daughter, Kathy M. Hymer; and a grandson.
A 1938 graduate of Celina High School, she worked at Celina Insurance Group and Celina Radio Hospital. She was also a homemaker.
Services are 9 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons Hellwarth Funeral Home, the Rev. Richard VanHorn officiating. Burial will follow in Mendon Cemetery.
