* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Luneke
James Luneke, 64, Celina, died at 1:45 a.m. Jan. 29, 2012, at his residence.
He was born July 31, 1947, in Dayton, to Carl and Gertrude R. Raffel Luneke. On March 11, 1967, he married Phyllis A. George, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, James Luneke, Dayton, Angela (Rodney) Simpson, Celina, Tim Luneke, Dayton; a sister, Loretta Luneke, Tipp City; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are two siblings, Carl Luneke Jr. and Ann Esken.
He was a 1966 graduate of Chaminade High School, Dayton. He retired as supervisor of facilities management at Montgomery County Home, Dayton. He had operated J.M. Luneke Building Maintenance in Vandalia for many years.
He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Richard Friebel officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
