* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Leeper
Nancy "Jean" Leeper, 81, Rossburg, died Jan. 13, 2012, at Reid Hospital, Richmond, Ind.
She was born in Miami County to John Henry and Helen Mildred Creager Emig. Her husband, N. Edward Leeper, died April 4, 2010.
Surviving are children, Douglas Leeper, Georgia, David Leeper, Rossburg, Dennis (Karlynn) Leeper, Rossburg, Diane (Tom) Jenkins, Greenville, Dane (Linda) Leeper, Ansonia, Darin Leeper, Fort Myers, Fla., Darrell (Cheryl) Leeper, Georgia, Darwin (Valerie) Leeper, Rossburg, Dwane Leeper, Rossburg, Doreen (Chris) Culy, Winchester, Ind., and Dwight (Kim) Leeper, Rossburg; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Leeper, Rossburg; a sister, Barbara Spahr, Carthagena; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Deceased is son, Donald Leeper; and a brother, Robert Emig.
She had helped her husband on the family farm and with the family's milk transport business. In her later years, she worked as a clerk at Depweg's Grocery, Rossburg.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
