* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tracks in the snow along Brown Road lead to the pond where the car of Danny L. Boise of Coldwater landed after he drove off the road in near white-out conditions this morning. The building is where the 61-year-old man collapsed and died.
