Village employees Ted Woods and Darin Lefeld, right, on Monday install soffit on the underside of the new amphitheater being built at South Park in St. Henry. Outdoor construction will continue as long as the weather permits, village administrator Ron Gelhaus said. The project is expected to be completed this spring.
