* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Viola Stammen
Viola P. Stammen, 72, St. Henry, died Jan. 7, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Dec. 30, 1939, in Maria Stein, to Lawrence and Mary Schulte Homan. On June 24, 1961, she married Lester A. Stammen, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Alan (Sandy) Stammen, St. Henry, Ann (Steve) Hirzel, Pemberville and Teresa (Neil) Badenhop, Pemberville; five siblings, Othmar Homan, Maria Stein, Mary Ann (Maurice) Harting, Coldwater, Dolores (Mauri) Cron, Coldwater, Irene Will, Maria Stein, Dorothy (Daniel) Eifert, Maria Stein; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Leonard Homan; two sisters-in-law, Alice Homan and Rita Homan; and a brother-in-law, Roger Will.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the Ladies Rosary Altar Sodality, and was a 1957 graduate of Marion Local High School. She retired from Mississinawa Valley Elementary as a school secretary. She also worked part time for St. Henry CCD and was a homemaker.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Benedict Magabe officiating. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
