* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Delores Kellogg
Delores Ann Kellogg, 71, died at 6:40 a.m. Dec. 30, 2011, at Integra Specialty Hospital/I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Ind.
She was born in Pennville, Ind., on March 25, 1940, to Wilbur A. and Dortha B. Lefevre Taylor.
Surviving are six children, Marsha S. Kellogg, Mendon, William T. (Linda) Kellogg, Hartford City, Ind., L. Edward (Mary) Kellogg, Portland, Ind., Robert E. Kellogg, Hartford City, Joseph W. Kellogg, Huntington, Ind., and Jonathon F. (Karla) Kellogg, Hartford City; three siblings, Ed Taylor, Montpelier, Ind., Dave (Hazel) Taylor, Pennville, and June (Jim) Bedwell, Sevierville, Tenn.; 21 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was a 1958 graduate of Pennville High School and a 1984 graduate of Indiana Business College. She retired in 2002 from Star Financial Bank in Fort Wayne.
She was a member of Walnut Corner Church, Portland, where she was pianist. She was active in Blackford County 4-H Horse & Pony Club for more than 20 years. She was a former Cub Scout Leader.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Keplinger Funeral Home, Hartford City, the Rev. Steve Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Hill Cemetery, Pennville.
Calling is 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. today and 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
