* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Peggs
Rebecca Peggs, 69, Celina, died Dec. 25, 2011, at her residence.
She was born in Lima to Gene and Martha Riker Finch. On Jan. 12, 1972, she married Larry L. Peggs, who died Feb. 21, 2011.
Surviving are three stepchildren, Deb (Greg) Joseph, Cridersville, Diana McVicker, Lima, and Keith (Charlotte) Peggs, Chickasaw; a sister, Linda Bollenbacher, Celina; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, James Finch.
She was a member of Montezuma Church of Christ and was formerly employed at Mersman Brothers Furniture, Celina.
A private memorial service will be held at the family's convenience in Swamp College Cemetery.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
