* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Buterbaugh
John Milton Buterbaugh, 84, of Celina, died at 3:25 p.m. Dec. 4, 2011, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born Aug. 6, 1927, in Hagerstown, Md., to John N. and Corrine Reightler Buterbaugh. On Feb. 23, 1952, he married Joy Tyson, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Gary (Deb) Buterbaugh, Mechanicsburg, Pa., Lori (Michael) Prude, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Jill Cherni, Celina; a sister, Jeanine (Joe) Sheeran, Drexel Hill, Pa.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
An infant daughter, Denise Buterbaugh, is deceased.
A former claims adjustor for Harleysville Insurance Company, he later became vice president of sales for the Celina Group Insurance and retired from Shelby Insurance Company.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, Celina American Legion Post 210, the Moose Lodge, Celina Garden Club and the Fox's Den, all of Celina.
A 1945 graduate of Hagerstown High School, he served in the U.S. Navy.
Memorial service is 7 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating. The American Legion and VFW Color Guard will conduct military rites.
Calling is 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
