* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Lou Nagel
Mary Lou Nagel, 84, St. Marys, died at 11 p.m. Dec. 1, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born July 18, 1927, in St. Marys, to Edwin and LaVere (Hudson) Martin. In 1958, she married LeRoy L. Nagel, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, David Nagel, Bowling Green, Kim (Kay) Nagel, Union City, Tenn., and Kevin Nagel, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Elizabeth Ann Nagel, a son, John Nagel, and two brothers Robert Martin and Jack Martin.
She was a 1945 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, and a graduate of Bliss Business College in Columbus. She was a homemaker and had worked as a secretary at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys.
Funeral rites will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 10 a.m. until noon Monday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
