* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

L. G. "Sonny" Carmean
L. G. "Sonny" Carmean, 87, St. Marys, died at 1:06 p.m. Nov. 29, 2011, at Golden Living Center-Valley, St. Marys.
He was born Sept. 24, 1924, in St. Marys, to Stephen and Cina Bowman Carmean. On April 10, 1948, he married Evelyn Clara Koenig, who died Aug. 30, 2003.
Surviving are children, Terry (Deb) Carmean, St. Marys, Diane (David) Blackburn, Wapakoneta; in-laws, Bill Woods, Martin, Tenn., Patricia Carmean, Toledo; a brother, Francis (Grace) Carmean, St. Marys; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are children, Michael Carmean and Christine Marie Woods; siblings: Shannon Carmean, Gordon Carmean, Carl Carmean, Eugene Carmean, Opal Diltz, Fara Lewis, Laverne Reineke, Sylvia Carmean, Betty Johnson and Winona Ellis.
A graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, he worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys.
He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps and received two bronze stars and a silver star for his service during World War II.
He was a life member of American Legion Post 323 and V.F.W. Post 9289, St. Marys.
Service is 9 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial with full graveside military rites will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
