* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Barna
Richard Sylvester Barna, 75, of Celina, formerly of Rockford, died at 11:31 a.m. Nov. 25, 2011.
He was born Aug. 6, 1936, in Hamtramck, Mich., to Sylvester and Julia Evelyn Kaschak Barna. He was formerly married to Sandra Jackson.
Surviving are two sons, Richard S. (Bonnie) Barna, Norwalk, and Glenn T. (Susan) Barna, Louisville, Ky.; three daughters, Julia A. Barna, Celina, Sandra E. (Mark) Heinl, Coldwater, and Audrey J. (Quint) Miesse, Celina; two brothers, Gene (Sue) Barna, Rockford, and Bill (Madelyn) Barna, Louisville, Ky.; a sister, Betty Belna, Rockford; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Bob and Ron Barna.
A former deputy at the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, he reached the rank of lieutenant before retiring in 1982. He served three to four years in the U.S. Navy before moving to the U.S. Air Force and retiring in 1974.
He was a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church, American Legion Post 508 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Shane's Aerie 1292, all of Rockford, Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713 and Mercer County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 19.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Ken Alt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
