* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joyce Rose
Joyce Ann Rose, 56, St. Sebastian, died at 6:15 a.m. Nov. 22, 2011, at her home.
She was born Feb. 11, 1955, in Coldwater, to Cy and Elizabeth Ann Frey Overman, who survive in Maria Stein. On June 6, 1975, she married Gary Rose, who survives in St. Sebastian.
Also surviving are children, Jesse (Karen) Rose, Aaron (Kendra) Rose, all of St. Sebastian, Kristina (Brian) Heitkamp, Dayton, Jonathan Rose, Chickasaw, and Jennifer (Bob) Wuebker, Dayton; seven siblings, Deb (Roger) Kremer, St. Henry, Howard (Pat) Overman, New Bremen, Tammy (Lou) Schwieterman, Montezuma, Bonnie (Jim) Rutschilling, Montezuma, Frank (Jayne) Overman, New Bremen, Lisa (Tony) Goecke, Liberty, Ind., and Mandy (Lester) Fleck, St. Sebastian; in-laws, Joanne and Louis Bohman, Osgood, Ginny and Alvin Dues, Coldwater, Tom and Phyllis Rose, Montezuma, Barbara and Robert Ruhenkamp, Fort Loramie, Elaine and Gary Thobe, Maria Stein, and Linda and Mark Homan, St. Rose; and 10 grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church and its Ladies Sodality. She was an OHSAA volleyball official and a beautician.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein. Burial will follow in St. Sebastian Cemetery.
