* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Edward Ahlers
Edward J. "Bud" Ahlers, 82, Burkettsville, died Nov. 4, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Nov. 26, 1928, in St. Henry to Edward and Elizabeth Uppenkamp Ahlers.
On Dec. 27, 1952, he married Catherine "Katy" P. Creekmur, who died Nov. 8, 2001.
Survivors are a son, James (Brenda) Ahlers, Tipton; a daughter, Kimberly (Michael) Tracey, Celina; three sisters, Betty Jane Buening, Coldwater; Betty Lou Buening, St. Henry, and Armella (Gerald) Yaklin, Riviera, Texas; a brother, David (Judy) Ahlers, St. Henry; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Phillip Ahlers; a grandson; and an infant brother, Joseph Ahlers.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired from J&M Manufacturing, Fort Recovery. He was a member of Fort Recovery American Legion Post 345, in which he served in the honor guard and color guard. He also was a member and past commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, Fort Recovery, and member of the Progressive Sportsman Club, Fort Recovery. He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville.
A funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Military graveside honors will be conducted by the Fort Recovery American Legion.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
