* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sheri Mosier
Sheri Mosier, 55, Celina, died at 3:28 p.m. Oct. 27, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 10, 1956, in Celina, to Robert and Roberta Leidorf Snedeker. Her mother survives.
On June 25, 1976, she married Rick Mosier, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Brian (Abby) Mosier, Powell, and Brett Mosier, Celina; a brother, Mark (Teresa) Snedeker, Chantilly, Va.; three sisters, Robyn (Bob) Sheets, Celina, Angi Snedeker Canepa, Columbus, and Jenny (Greg) Snider, Celina; and a sister-in-law, Marva Rae Mosier, Blacklick.
Deceased are in-laws, Richard and Pauline Mosier.
She was retired from teaching in Coldwater and St. Henry.
A member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Celina, she was a 1974 graduate of Celina High School and a Wright State University graduate. She was a member of the University Women's Club and served on the local Board of Developmental Disabilities.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Love for Reading program at Mercer County Public Library.
