* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Janice Seibert
Janice "Janet" Elaine Seibert, 74, Mendon, died at 9:37 a.m. Oct. 26, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 9, 1937, in St. Marys, to William and Golda Goodwin Rupert. She married Larry Seibert, who is deceased.
Surviving are daughter, Pam Lawson, Mendon; sibilings, Virginia Carter, Celina, Arlinda Jones, St. Marys, Jack (Nancy) Rupert, Galveston, Texas, Michael (Irene) Rupert, Miles, Texas, Doug (Martha) Rupert, New Knoxville, Debra (Dean) Kyle, Phoenix, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three daghters, Christine Gilliland, Darlene Seitz and Cheryl Caudill; a brother, Leon Rupert; and her former husband, Homer Chilcoat.
She was a homemaker.
Services are 4 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Steve Coburn officiating.
Calling is 1 p.m. until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
