* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Tittle
Robert Charles Martin Tittle, 63, Celina, died at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 7, 2011, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 9, 1948, to Robert A. and Evelyn Lucretia Franks Tittle. His mother survives in Edgewood, Ky.
Also surviving are two sons, Robert Tittle, Celina, David (Tina) Tittle, Elsmere, Ky.; a stepdaughter, Tina Wiseman, Newport, Ky.; four brothers, William (Debbie) Tittle, Harrison, Michael (Sandy) Tittle, Layton, Utah, Tony (Donna) Tittle, Independence, Ky., Peter (Cherie) Tittle, Cincinnati; three sisters, Sue (Richard) Beck, Edgewood, Kathy Garner, London, Ky., and Sally Huffman, Florence, Ky.; and three grandchildren.
He had been employed as a truck driver for Maxwell Oil Company, Cincinnati, before becoming disabled. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Newport, Ky. He served with the U. S. Army in Vietnam.
Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, 801 York St., Newport, the Rev. Michael Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Foster, Ky.
Calling is one hour prior to services at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller Funeral Home, where condolences may be left at millerfuneralhomes.net.
