* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Romer
Mary M. Romer, 96, Coldwater, died at 4 a.m. Oct. 6, 2011, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Oct. 13, 1914, in Coldwater to Herman and Elizabeth Reinders Schoen. On Oct. 17, 1940, she married Thomas Romer, who died in 1949.
Surviving are three sons, George Romer, Celina, Tom (Pat) Romer, Coldwater, and Nick Romer, Celina; a son-in-law, Bill Knostman, Florida; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, one stepgreat-grandchild and one great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are a daughter, Catherine Knostman; a daughter-in-law, Beverly Romer; two sisters, Addie Dabbelt and Sister Catherine Schoen; and a grandchild.
She retired from the Coldwater High School cafeteria and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
