* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Karl Willrath
Karl A. Willrath, 33, Bradford, died the morning of Aug. 19, 2011, at his residence, the victim of a suspected suicide.
He was born July 22, 1978, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Wayne E. and Marsha A. Colson Willrath, who survive in Celina.
Also surviving are aunts and uncles, Gordon (Darcy) Colson, New Braunfels, Texas, Alan (Rose) Colson, Fort Pierce, Fla., Randy (Jan) Colson, St. Marys, Diana (John) Chaffee, Salinas, Calif., Sheri (John) Heeb, Celina, and Robin (Mark) Gilstrap, Celina.
Deceased are grandparents, Edwin and Crystal Willrath and Donald and Mary Colson.
He was a diesel mechanic at Dayton Freight in Huber Heights and had worked at Pizza Hut in Celina during high school. He was a 1996 graduate of Celina High School and attended Hobart School of Welding in Troy. He attended Grace Missionary Church in Celina.
Service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
