* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tommy Lee Combs
Tommy Lee Combs, 44, formerly of Celina, died Aug. 14, 2011, at his home in Bridgeport, Texas.
He was born Jan. 24, 1967, to Ann Combs, who survives in Celina, and the late Carl Thomas Combs.
Also surviving are his wife, Michelle; a son, Spencer Combs, Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Payton Combs, Bridgeport and Randi Combs, Arlington; a stepson, Brendon Johnson, Bridgeport; a brother, Steven (Cristy) Jacobs, Boyd, Texas; two sisters, Tonya (Wayne) Hearne, Fort Worth, Texas and Laura (Joey) Kane, O'Fallon, Ill. and a granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He was a master carpenter in the housing industry and operated Combs Construction. He was a member of the Baptist church.
A memorial service will be held in Celina at a later date.
Memorials may be given to the charity of the honor's choice.
