* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A pile of webworms outside a Vine Street home on Monday. An infestation of the caterpillars has been reported in St. Marys. They will eat any deciduous tree or shrub, flowers, fruits and vegetables before going into their cocoon stage for the winter.

ST. MARYS - Residents living near the city-owned Weston Woods have made a plea for help as their neighborhood has been infested by webworms.

The Vine and Beech streets residents asked city councilors during a meeting Monday night to eradicate the pests, which they say came from the woods. [More]
