* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rose Mary Yaney
Rose Mary Abels Yaney, 82, Celina, died July 31, 2011, at her residence.
She was born March 27, 1929, in Mercer County, to Oscar and Marie Braun Birkmeyer. She married Wilfred "Bill" Abels, who died in 1955.
Surviving are two sons, Jerry Abels, Denver, Colo., and Tom (Lynn) Abels, Rockford; two daughters, Tina (Steve) Temple, Celina, and Mary Abels, Lima; three brothers, Max (Eleanor) Birkmeyer, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Louis (Patricia) Birkmeyer, Denver, and Charlie (Jan) Grieshop, Mendon; a sister, Margaret Swartz, Minster; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Richard; a daughter-in-law, Wilma Abels; a stepfather, Ed Grieshop; and a granddaughter.
She had worked at Meinerding's, Coldwater Creek Landing, Arnie's Corner, John's Bar, Kremer's and Bettie's.
She was a 1948 graduate of Coldwater High School, a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:15-10:15 a.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
