* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Philip Haisley
Philip M. "Mike" Haisley, 72, Celina, died July 10, 2011, at his home.
He was born April 30, 1939, in Newcastle, Ind., to Philip E. and Priscilla Louise Parsons Haisley. His mother survives in Richmond, Ind. On Nov. 27, 1985, he married Janet Brandon, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are four children, Rebecca (Kent) Richards, North Manchester, Ind., David (Michelle) Haisley, Fort Wayne, Ind., Julie (Shawn) Anderson, South Whitley, Ind., Andrew (Dana Hughes) Haisley, Columbia City, Ind., a stepdaughter, Ann (Jeff) Becker, Plano, Texas, a brother Joseph (Judy) Haisley, Richmond; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Christopher.
A 1957 graduate of Hagerstown High School, he attended Hanover College. He served seven years with the U.S. Army Reserves. He was employed at Huffman Manufacturing, Richmond, Huffy Bicycles, Celina, and Continental Plastics, Lima.
Private graveside services will be held in West Lawn Cemetery, Hagerstown. Memorials may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice, St. Marys or to the Civil War Preservation Trust, 1156 15th St. NW, Suite 900, Washington, D.C. 20005.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, is handling arrangements.
