* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Wilson
John E. Wilson, 72, Celina, died July 5, 2011, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born Aug. 29, 1938, in Springfield, to Charles and Florence Balsinger Wilson. On Aug. 6, 2005, he married Mary Board, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Charles (Charlotte) Wilson, Lakeview, William Wilson, Lima, and Brandon Wilson, Lakeview; a daughter, Pamela Sue (Frank) Macak, Decatur, Ind.; stepchildren, John (Dianne) Drake, Bellefontaine, Pam (Terry) Barker, Kenton, Vicki Drake, Kenton, Travis (Ashley) Robinson, Belle Center, Brandon Wilson, Cridersville, Stephanie Wilson, Cridersville, Stormmie Robinson, Celina, Michelle Robinson, New Richland, and Michael Gillenwater, Springfield; two brothers, Spark (Marilyn) Wilson, Huntsville, and Donald Wilson, Shawnee; a sister-in-law, Sharon Wilson, Sandusky; 22 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two bothers, Bernard and Stephen Wilson.
He was a member of St. Marys of the Woods Catholic Church, Russells Point.
He was a machine operator for Ford Motor Company. He served in the U.S. Army.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Sheridan officiating. Burial is 1 p.m. Saturday in South Vienna Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Myron Van Horn Chapel of Smith-Eichholtz Funeral Home, Lakeview.
