* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Debra Hensley
Debra Jean Hensley, 56, St. Marys, was found dead on July 2, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 2, 1955, in St. Marys, to Virgil "Jack" and M. Jean Chilcoat Keysor. Her mother survives in St. Marys. She married James Hensley in 1972, and he is deceased.
Also surviving are three children, Jack (Katie) Hensley, St. Marys, Charity (Rodney) Kuck, New Knoxville, Bryant "BeBop" (Chrissy) Hensley, St. Marys; two sisters, Judy (Randy) Myers, St. Marys, and Linda (Lacy) Cramer, St. Marys; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister Sharon Wells-Dicke, who died July 1, 2011, and a brother, Rick Keysor.
She was a 1972 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. She worked at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
Joint services for Hensley and Wells-Dicke are at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, the Rev. Robert Mabry officiating. Hensley will be buried at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
