* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

J. Gale Lutz
J. Gale Lutz, 70, St. Marys, died at 9:21 p.m. June 24, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 20, 1940, in Printer, Ky., to Morton "Shikepoke" and Edyth "Lak" Hagans McGlothen. On Sept. 9, 1060, she married Kenneth Lutz, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Lori Lutz, Marietta, Steven (Lori) Lutz, Liberty Township, Kendra Lutz, Greenfield, Ind.; siblings, Parker (Ruth) McGlothen, St. Marys, twin brother Dale (Elsie) McGlothen, St. Marys, Jim (Valerie) McGlothen, Portage, Ind., Jerry (Roberta) McGlothen, St. Marys; six grandchildren; a step-grandchild; and three step-great grandchildren.
A 1960 graduate of Memorial High School, she had worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys, and at Big Bear Grocery Store, St. Marys.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, where she had been a Bible school teacher. She had been a volunteer with the Ohio Reads program at West Elementary School in St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Private family burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to Auglaize County Cancer Association.
