* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Willard Dilbone
Willard B. "Red" Dilbone, 93, of Mendon, died at 1:10 a.m. June 16, 2011, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born March 15, 1918, in Mercer County to Ray and Marie Pond Dilbone. On Dec. 25, 1951, he married Hollies Nolan, who survives.
Also surviving are daughters, Carole (Montie) McGillvary and Audrey (Stephan) Snyder, all of Mendon; seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Richard Clay; a daughter, Shirley McComb; three brothers, Forest, Harold and Karl Dilbone; a sister, Freda Thomas; and a grandson.
He was a retired farmer and had worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys. He was a member of New Horizon Community Church, Rockford, and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Cisco FuneralHome, Celina. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery where military rites will be conducted.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
