* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Muterspaw
Mary C. Muterspaw, 93, Middletown, died June 14, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 15, 1917, in Springfield, to George and Mary Effi Smith Briem. She married Howard M. Muterspaw, who is deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Terry L. (Sharon) Muterspaw, Celina, Larry A. (Kathy) Muterspaw and Robert E. (Rita) Muterspaw, all of the Middletown area; a daughter, Marianne Lansdale, Middletown; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are a son, John H. Muterspaw; eight brothers, Thomas, Chuck, George, Denny, Joe, Max, Roger and Lou; and a grandson.
She had been employed at Spiegel's Catalogue Center. She was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3809 Auxiliary.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, Middletown, the Rev. Lois Allen officiating.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton.
Memorials may be directed to Hospice Care of Middletown or to the Alzheimer's Association.
