* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Preston
Nancy Alice Preston, 104, died at 10:30 a.m. June 11, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born April 28, 1907, in Mendon, to Jacob and Lillie Mae Coil Boroff. On March 12, 1932, she married Homer Harlan Preston, who died in 1992.
Surviving are a son, David, now living in France; daughters-in-law, Alexandra Learned Preston, Washington, D.C., and Anne Buckingham Preston; a sister-in-law, Goldie Ballinger, Celina; and two granddaughters.
Deceased are a son, John; four brothers; and three sisters.
She was a graduate of Mendon-Union High School and Ada University. She taught for 40 years in Mercer County and Celina schools. She was a member of the Eastern Star, St. John Lutheran Church and Hopewell Grange.
She has donated her body for medical research to Ohio State University College of Medicine. Private services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Otterbein and Grand Lake Hospice.
Arrangements are by Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
