* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Huecker
William A. Huecker, 70, Coldwater, died at 11:05 p.m. June 7, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Feb. 13, 1941, in McCartyville, to Paul and Theresa Schlater Huecker. On Nov. 3, 1962, he married Marilyn F. Ranly, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving is a daughter, Deborah (David) Roth, Union City, Ind.; a brother, Robert (Carol) Huecker, Minster; three sisters, Madonna (James) Roth, Sidney, Carol (Robert) Hurm, St. Marys, Sr. Paula Huecker, Cincinnati; three sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Huecker, McCartyville, Doris (Larry) Barhorst, Russia, Jane (Doug) Knob, Fort Loramie; two brothers-in-law, Herb Ranly, Minster, Robert (Paula) Ranly, New Bremen; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Edward Huecker, and a sister-in-law, Rebecca Ranly.
A member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, he graduated from Anna High School in 1959 and was in the U. S. Army Reserves. He worked at New Idea in Coldwater for 38 years and NK Parts in Sidney for nine years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
