* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Metzcar
Virginia R. Metzcar, 88, Versailles, died May 22, 2011, at Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born July 29, 1922, in Darke County, to Harry and Inez Baird Rickert. She married Paul Metzcar, who is deceased.
Surviving are children, Edna (Delbert) Fourman, Arcanum, Harold "Butch" (Charlotte) Metzcar, Ansonia, Patricia (Ron) Wilkey, Fort Recovery, Barbara Schlarman, St. Henry, and Beverly Hamilton, Middletown; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Robert; two brothers; four sisters; and a son-in-law, Tom Schlarman.
She was a cook for 10 years at the Ansonia Inn. She was a former member of the New Weston United Methodist Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Fort Recovery.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Dave Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in the Holsapple Cemetery near New Weston.
Calling is 11:30 until time of services Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
