* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stephen Sullenberger
Stephen L. Sullenberger, 63, formerly of Piqua, died at 8:30 p.m. May 20, 2011, at his Celina residence.
He was born July 19, 1947, in Piqua to Raymond and Edith Miller Sullenberger. His father is deceased; his mother survives in Piqua. On April 4, 1970, he married Linda L. Steiner, who survives.
Also surviving are, a son, Rob (Renee) Sullenberger, Louisville, Ky.; a daughter, Lisa (Jeff) Clark, Piqua; a brother, Jerry; a sister, Robin; and five grandchildren.
He attended Sinclair Community College, Ohio State University and Wright State University. He retired in 2007 as area manager and director of operations for Time Warner Cable Company. He also had worked at USI Cable Corp of Piqua and was a member of the Piqua Kiwanis Club and later the Piqua Rotary Club.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Piqua, the Rev. Ronald H. Wilker officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
There is no calling.
Memorial contributions may be made to OSU Medical Center, The James Development Office.
