* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joseph Diller
Joseph T. Diller, 70, St. Anthony, died at 1:30 p.m. May 15, 2011, at First Community Village, Columbus.
He was born Dec. 31, 1940, in St. Anthony, to Albert and Bernadine Homan Diller. On Oct. 10, 1964, he married Mary Ann Penno, who survives in St. Anthony.
Also surviving are eight children, Kathy (Mike) Gruss, Coldwater, Phyllis Diller, New Knoxville, Bob (Tina) Diller, Coldwater, Ron (Jodi) Diller, Coldwater, Janet (Jim) Kronenberger, New Bremen, Mike Diller, Celina, Karen (Brian) Ontrop, St. Henry, and Brian (Kim) Diller, Coldwater; seven siblings, Dennis (Carman) Diller, Coldwater, Urban (Helen) Diller, Celina, Donna (Howard) May, St. Henry, Ralph (Marjorie) Diller, Maria Stein, Mary (James) Westrich, Englewood, Edna Shephard, Columbus, Carol (Richard) Burkardt, Florida; two brothers-in-law, John (Nancy) Penno and Ted Penno, all of Coldwater; and 26 grandchildren.
A member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, he was retired from General Dynamics, Lima, and Valco Pax, Coldwater. He was a lifelong farmer and had served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
