* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Lachey
Barbara Ann Lachey, 70, Minster, died at 5:15 a.m. May 14, 2011, at her home.
She was born Nov. 16, 1940, in Sidney to Donald J. and Cecile Marie Wrigley Knostman. On Feb. 7, 1959, she married Ed Lachey, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Donald Lachey, Minster, Bruce Lachey, Cincinnati, and Josephine "Jodi" (Stephen) Myers, Mason; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Marc and Elizabeth Lachey, Albuquerque, N.M., Ken and Joann Lachey, St. Henry, John and Margie Lachey, Sidney, Al and Thelma Lachey, Anna, and Naomi Richards, Fort Loramie; and three grandchildren
Deceased are in-laws, Lavern Lachey, Walden Richards and infant Katherine Lachey.
A member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, she had volunteered at the Fort Loramie Historical Society. She was employed by Crescent Theater, Minster, St. Marys Theater and Video Connection, St. Marys.
Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will follow at Pearl Cemetery, Anna.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to St. Augustine Mission Commission and Grand Lake Hospice Care.
