* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

St. Marys' Devon Fitzgerald heads towards the finish line in winning the 300-meter hurdles at the WBL meet in Van Wert. Fitzgerald also won the 110 hurdles. Celina's Logan Laux, behind Fitzgerald, took third.

VAN WERT - The nasty weather held off at Van Wert High School on Friday and Celina's boys track team was grateful.
