* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Fern Moorman
Fern A. Moorman, 92, Celina, died May 4, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 28, 1918, in Mercer County, to Clyde M. and Susan E. May Davis. On June 19, 1943, she married Paul Henry Moorman, who died March 19, 1990.
Surviving is a sister-in-law, Dorothy Davis, Celina; and several nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are two brothers, Forest E. and Norman Davis; two sisters, Violet Daring and Daisy Davis; a sister-in-law, Vivian Davis; and a brother-in-law, Herman Daring.
A graduate of Rockford High School, she attended St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
She and her husband owned the Celina Roller Rink in the late 1940s and had owned and operated skating rinks in Piqua and in Phoenix, Ariz., where they lived during the 1960s and '70s. She played the organ at the rinks and gave skating lessons.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
