* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edward Weaver
Edward George Weaver, 73, of Celina and formerly of Piqua, died April 26, 2011, at his residence.
He was born July 17, 1937, in Cincinnati to Joseph and Clestine Rehmert Weaver. He married Sharon Forrest, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Scott Edward Weaver; a daughter, Vicki (Jack) DeLean; a brother, James (Judy) Weaver; a sister, Joanne (Don) Motter; and three grandchildren.
A member of Springcreek Baptist Church, Piqua, he was a former member of Piqua Rotary Club and the Piqua Country Club. He was owner/operator of Weavers Decorating Dimensions, Piqua.
A celebration of life and prayer will be offered by James Weaver at 3 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial will be at a later date.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
His body was donated to Wright State School of Medicine, Dayton.
