* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jeanne Newlove
Jeanne E. Newlove, 90, St. Marys, died April 24, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Center.
She was born on Dec. 8, 1920, to Claude and Marian Boltz Brobst. On April 23, 1941, she married Clyde P. Newlove, who died Oct. 5, 2000.
Surviving are a son, Dane (Karen) Newlove, St. Marys, and three grandchildren.
A 1938 graduate of Cygnet High School, she retired in 1983 from District 1 of the Ohio State Patrol, where she served many years as a drivers license examiner. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at New Maplewood Cemetery in North Baltimore.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home.
Memorials may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice.
