* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gary Howard
Gary W. Howard, 55, Fort Loramie, died April 18, 2011, at his residence.
He was born April 22, 1955, in Dayton, to Harvey and Hazel Roberts Howard. His mother survives in Somerset, Ky. On April 30, 1983, he married Alice Weitzel, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Alicia Nichols, Arcanum, Kari Howard, Sidney; two siblings, Mark Howard and Kathy Beasecker, both of Sommerset; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Weitzel, Fort Recovery; in-laws, Lavern (Jane) Weitzel, Fort Recovery; Lucy (Leonard) Bruns, Maria Stein; Paul (Cindy) Weitzel, Portland, Ind.; Dave (Rita) Tobe, Fort Recovery; Fred (Ruth) Jutte, Fort Recovery; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Mary Howard; a brother, Mitchell Howard; father-in-law, Cletus Weitzel; and a brother-in-law, Charles Weitzel.
A graduate of Franklin Monroe High School, he was employed at Weaver Eggs in Versilles. He was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie.
At his request, his body will be cremated and there will be no services or calling hours.
Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
