* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Maude Ganger
Former West Milton resident Maude Evelyn Ganger, 93, Minster, died April 12, 2011.
She was born Sept. 12, 1917, to Lester and Zelma Wyan Rohr. She was married to Albert Ganger, who died in 1996.
Surviving are four daughters: Marie Harrod, Troy, Jane (Daniel) Leugers, Fort Loramie, Mary (Dennis) Thobe, Covington, Freda Osborne, Mendon; two sons, Ray (Candy) Ganger, Covington, and David Ganger, Laura; a sister, Mildred Stone, Troy, a brother, Bill Rohr, Columbus, 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and 10 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Forest and Arthur Ganger; a daughter, Alice Ganger; a sister, Lola Hildebrand; two brothers, Orville and Forest Rohr; two grandsons; and a granddaughter.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Tobias Funeral Home, Englewood Chapel, Englewood. Burial will follow in Potsdam Cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
