* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary A. Vonder Haar
Mary A. Vonder Haar, 76, Coldwater, died at 4:26 a.m. April 4, 2011, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Jan. 30, 1935, in Portsmouth, to Edward J. and Elizabeth J. Rudmann Segbers.
Surviving are seven children: Mark Vonder Haar, Gahanna; Joe (Sherry) Vonder Haar, Coldwater, Bea (Bill) Kriegel, Celina, Jane (Bob) Angerer, Dayton, Kathy (Jim) Rutschilling, Celina, Bill (Lisa) Vonder Haar, New Jersey, and Miriam Morones, Arizona; a sister-in-law, Mary Sebgers, Columbus; two brothers, John (Rita) Sebgers, Columbus, and David (Avonne) Segbers, Florida; and a sister, Teresa Segbers, Columbus; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, James Segbers, and a sister, Gertrude Segbers.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its first class of the Lay Pastoral Ministry. She was a member of the Resurrection Choir, was a lector and an eighth grade catechist. She had worked at Reynolds & Reynolds.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be directed to the Holy Trinity Food Pantry.
