* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jay Nisewarner
Jay C. "Jaybird" Nisewarner, 59, Celina, died at 2:15 p.m. March 29, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
He was born Dec. 30, 1951, in Akron to Alvin and Mildred Slider Nisewarner.
Surviving are his wife, Deb Huelsman, Celina; former wives, Denise Descutner and Linda Vagedes; two sons, Justin and Gavin Nisewarner, both of Celina; a daughter, Kellin Nisewarner, Celina; and a sister, Karen (Duffy) Foky, West Salem.
Deceased are a son, Collin Nisewarner, and a former wife, Janet Cisco.
He was assistant manager of Celina Wine Store and a former employee of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys. He was a 1969 graduate of Akron High School and a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion, Eagles, Veterans of Foreign Wars Mens Auxiliary and the Possum Lodge, all of Celina.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Celina VFW Men's Auxiliary Scholarship Fund.
