* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Ranly
Thomas B. Ranly, 80, of Ladson, S.C., died March 28, 2011, at Trident Medical Center, Charleston, S.C.
He was born July 10, 1930, in Fort Recovery to Christian and Pauline Fink Ranly. His wife, Jackie James Ranly, survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Frank A. (Kim) Ranly of Cottageville, S.C.; Joseph H. (Margaret) Ranly of Walterboro, S.C. and Darren T. (Mandy) Ranly of Summerville, S.C.; four daughters: Janet (Harry) Hucks, North Charleston, S.C.; Donna (Skipper) Driggers, Summerville; Theresa (Tim) Driggers, Summerville, and Karen (Roger) Brass, Valley Center, Calif.; three stepsons, Dale (Barbara) James, Jacksonville, Fla., David (Jean) James, Ladson, and Harry (Juanita) James, Hendersonville, N.C.; one stepdaughter, Lisa Arnold, Atlanta, Ga; a brother, Wilfred (Ruth) Ranly, Fort Recovery; a sister, Mary Lou (Bob) Nieberding, Maria Stein; 23 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased is his first wife, Juanita Hair Ranly, and a son, Mark Douglas Ranly.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a custom cabinet maker. He was a member of Chaparral Baptist Church.
Service is at 3 p.m. Thursday at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will follow at Summerville Cemetery.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
