* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kenneth Mason
Kenneth E. "Ken" Mason, 64, Wapakoneta, died at 4:48 p.m., March 26, 2011, at Triumph Hospital in Lima.
He was born Aug. 16, 1946, in Lima to Donald J. and Edith M. Glancy Mason. On June 12, 1971, he married Joy Ann Scott, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Jennifer A. Bryars, Wapakoneta, and Aaron J. Mason, Cleveland; a sister, Linda (James) Garling, Lima; mother-in-law, Nancy Scott; brother- and sister-in-laws, Ken and Mary Scott; and four grandchildren.
A member of First United Methodist Church in Wapakoneta, he played the organ and accompanied the children's choir. He served as substitute organist for several area churches. He had retired as data processing manager at the Mercer County Auditor's Office in Celina. He also worked with the Burroughs Corporation - Unysis.
He was a 1964 graduate of Lima Senior High School. He served in Thailand with the U.S. Air Force. He was a life member of the American Legion Post 2510 in Celina.
Service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. R.J. Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta, where military rites will be conducted by Wapakoneta Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the church or to the American Lung Association.
