* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Aloys Riethman
Aloys "Red" Riethman, 83, Anna, died March 24, 2011, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Minster.
He was born Jan. 7, 1928, in McCartyville, to August and Elizabeth Tuente Riethman. On June 6, 1953, he married Julitta Voskuhl, who survives.
Also surviving are nine children, Carol (Anthony) DeNovi, Valrico, Fla., Barbara Rogers, Lima, Joan (Tim) Clay, Wapakoneta, James Riethman, Rockford, Ted Riethman, Botkins, Lawrence (Sue) Riethman, Oakwood, Leroy (Jeannie) Riethman, Huber Heights, Patrick Riethman, Botkins, and Elizabeth (Jeff) McHahan, New Knoxville; a son-in-law, Randy Stelzer, Wapakoneta; six siblings, Bernadetta Schulze, New Bremen, Mary Ann Wenning, Maria Stein, Norbert Riethman, Covington, Linus (Mary) Riethman, St. Marys, Homer Riethman, Anna, and Helen Wesbecker, Sidney; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Kenneth Riethman; a daughter, Linda Stelzer; a son-in-law, Ronald Rogers; and seven in-laws, Linus Schulze, Ralph Wenning, Dick Wesbecker, David Voskuhl, Adeline Riethman, Joan Riethman and Joan Voskuhl.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McCartyville. He was a farmer and worked at Midmark Corporation. He served in World War II as a MP in Japan. He was a founding member of the St. Marys Tri Squares Western Square Dance Club. He also was a member of the K of C.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. John Tonkin officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to The Parkinson's Foundation in Aloys' name.
Arrangements are by Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
