* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Stump
Larry Eugene Stump, 59, Union City, died March 15, 2011, at his home.
He was born Jan. 17, 1952, in Union City, Ind., to Robert G. Stump and Margaret Dunn Perkins. His father and stepmother, Margaret Stump, survive in Union City. His mother survives in Union City , Ind. He married Cheryl Austerman, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Jeremy (Shellie) Stump, Fort Recovery, Justin (Pam) Stump, Fort Recovery, and Andrew (Lanelle) Stump, Wilmington; a brother, Bobby (Erma) Stump, Fort Recovery; a sister-in-law, Linda (Dave) Snyder, Dayton; and eight grandchildren.
He was a f armer and Pioneer Seed dealer.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Hill Church in Union City, Ind., the Revs. Bruce Bryan and Eric Laux officiating. Burial is at Springhill Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-9 p.m. Friday at the church.
