* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margie Wenning
Margie E. Wenning, 85, Celina, died at 10:30 p.m. March 12, 2011, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born May 23, 1925, in Montezuma, to Harley and Minnie Grapner Boise. On July 19, 1947, she married Donald Wenning, who died April 5, 1996.
Surviving are three sons, Terry (Karen) Wenning, Coldwater, Tim (Kay) Wenning, Celina, and Tom Wenning, Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Brenda (Jim) Karafit, Montezuma; 10 grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a sister, Ruth Hone.
She worked as an X-ray and lab tech for area hospitals. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She was a graduate of Dr. Browns Lab & Tech X-ray School in Columbus. She was a graduate of St. Marys High School in 1943.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 -10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
