* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stevie Morgan
Stevie D. "Buck" Morgan, 56, Celina, died at 4:47 p.m. March 7, 2011, at the Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 20, 1954, in Celina, to Babe and Tressie Hatfield Morgan.
Surviving is the mother of his children, Delora Hall, Celina; three sons, Shain (Sheila) Morgan, Celina, Stevie Morgan, Celina, and Travis Morgan, St. Marys; a daughter, Shawndale (Don) Chilcoat, Celina; four sisters, Anita Ellis, Celina, Brenda (Ted) Trego, Celina, Debbie Fair, Celina, and Barbara (John) Steele, Mendon; a sister-in-law, Jeanette Morgan, Celina; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Jerry Morgan; and two brothers-in-law, Bevan Ellis and George Fair.
He worked as a metal fabricator at Weldtec in St. Marys, and at Frost Roofing & Cotterman's in Wapakoneta. He was a graduate of Celina High School. He was a member of the New Start Community Fellowship Church in Celina.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Johnny Mobley officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina and 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
