* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Steven Neely
Steven G. Neely, 66, Celina, died at 8:02 a.m. March 3, 2011, at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Fla.
He was born Nov. 29, 1944, in Lima to Richard and Miriam Pierson Neely. His mother survives in St. Marys; his father is deceased. On Dec. 20, 1975, he married Maureen Thompson, who survives.
Also surviving are four children, Michael (Cortney) Neely, Eastaboga, Ala., Mark (Becky) Neely, Manhattan, N.Y., Eric (Laura) Neely, Leesville, La., and Brad Neely, Columbus; and five grandchildren.
Also deceased is a grandson.
He was a 1962 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a 1966 graduate of Wittenburg University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he held various positions within human resources at several locations including the former St. Marys plant.
Private family funeral rites are 11 a.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Steve Weatherly officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Wayne Street United Methodist Church or the Life Enrichment Center at Otterbein St. Marys.
